There are several leagues in the CNY area:
  • Tennis Association of Central New York (TACNY) - a Central New York Summer league that has local championship playoffs.  Both mens and ladies divisions are available for players of all abilities.

  • United States Tennis Association (USTA) - a national league that has district, region, section and national playoffs!  Depending on the level of the team, nationals are in Tucson, AZ, Palm Springs CA, Indian Wells, CA or Hawaii!

  • Inter Club - A winter league where teams from the various Tennis clubs in the area compete.

  • Team Tennis - USA Team Tennis (Adult) is a group consisting of at least six players that participates in organized match play and practices for a minimum of 12 hours over a four- to six-week season. The balance between match play and practice time is decided between the coach and players.  Normally, the emphasis is on playing doubles, which maximizes court usage, promotes team play, and encourages social interaction between participants. The DuPont WORLD TEAMTENNIS format utilizes no-ad scoring. Players compete in one set of: men’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s singles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. In this format, mixed doubles is always played last. Gender serves to like gender always at game point. Substitutions are allowed, but players cannot compete in more than one mixed doubles set. Coaching and cheering are encouraged.
  • Tri Level - A league where players of different abilities compete as a team... 4.5/4.0/3.5 etc.
